Implementation & Training

 

This phase begins with a meeting where the appointed team review key timing issues, discuss communication guidelines and agree on any other detail. Throughout the implementation process, the project manager will issue progress reports. Detailed procedure manuals are developed for you and include step-by-step instructions for processing information through the system. These procedure manuals are enhanced with training exercises and used to conduct module training. At the completion of the project a further meeting is held to review the implementation and solution and ensure that all important steps have been completed to your satisfaction.
